AuthPoint-Warnung: Zertifikat läuft in Kürze ab

Das AuthPoint-Zertifikat kann für einige Anwender, die AuthPoint schon länger nutzen, in Kürze ablaufen.

Wenn Ihr Konto betroffen ist und Sie dieses Zertifikat nicht vor Ablauf ersetzen, können Ihre AuthPoint-Nutzer sich nicht mehr bei einer Ihrer SAML-Ressourcen authentifizieren. Bitte überprüfen Sie deshalb das Ablaufdatum und tauschen Sie gegebenenfalls das Zertifikat aus.

Das AuthPoint-Zertifikat wird verwendet, um Ihre SAML-Ressourcen mit den Informationen zu versorgen, die zur Identizifierung von AuthPoint als vertrauenswürdiger Identitätsanbieter erforderlich sind.

Was passiert wenn das Zertifikat abläuft?
Nutzer können sich nicht mehr bei SAML-Ressourcen authentifizieren.

Müssen Sie das Zertifikat in Zukunft erneut austauschen?
Ab dem 25.04.2019 haben alle neuen Zertifikate eine Gültigkeit von 10 Jahren und vor einem erneuten Ablauf werden sie automatisch benachrichtigt.

AuthPoint Alert: The certificate for early AuthPoint adopters expires soon. We recommend you check the expiration date.

The AuthPoint identity provider certificate will expire soon for some early adopters of the product. If your account is affected, and you do not replace this certificate before it expires, your AuthPoint users will not be able to authenticate to any of your SAML resources.

What is the AuthPoint IdP certificate used for?
The AuthPoint certificate is used to provide your SAML resources with the information necessary to identify AuthPoint as a trusted identity provider.

What happens when the certificate expires?
When the certificate expires, users cannot authenticate to any SAML resources.

How do I know when the certificate will expire?
You can see the expiration date of your AuthPoint certificate from the Certificate Management page in the AuthPoint management UI.

Will I have to replace my AuthPoint certificate again?
As of April 25th, 2019, all new certificates will have a ten-year expiration date, and alerts will be sent prior to the expiration.

AuthPoint Service Providers: It is important to understand that each of your customer’s accounts will also need to have their certificate replaced and they may not see this email.
