Februar, zwischen 01.00 Uhr &#8211; 07.00 Uhr CET\/MEZ<\/strong> geupdatet. <strong>Engage<\/strong> wird anschlie\u00dfend zwischen <strong>09.00 Uhr &#8211; 15.00 Uhr CET\/MEZ<\/strong> geupdatet.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Update wird eine notwendige Wartung der Datenbank vorgenommen. Au\u00dferdem funktioniert nach dem Update der g\u00fcltige SMS-Authentifizierungscode eines Gastbenutzers auch f\u00fcr die erneute Authentifizierung bei einem Captive-Portal.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend dieses Updates kann es zu folgenden Einschr\u00e4nkungen kommen:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze und Engange werden w\u00e4hrend der Updates nicht verf\u00fcgbar sein<\/li>\n<li>das Captive Portal inkl. Splash Pages wird bis\u00a0 zu 15 Minuten w\u00e4hrend des Updates nicht verf\u00fcgbar sein, d.h. in diesen 15 Minuten k\u00f6nnen sich keine neuen G\u00e4ste ins WLAN einloggen (bereits angemeldete Nutzer sind davon nicht betroffen)<\/li>\n<li>die Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit von Access Points wird nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anbei dir Original-Meldung von WatchGuard:<\/p>\n<p><em>WatchGuard Wi-Fi Cloud Launchpad services will be updated starting on Monday, February 3, 2020 for required maintenance.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>When:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Analyze<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>EMEA region: Monday, February 3, 2020 (12:00AM \u2013 6:00AM GMT)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>AMER region: Monday, February 3, 2020 (12:00AM \u2013 6:00AM PST)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>APAC region: Tuesday, February 4, 2020 (12:00AM \u2013 6:00AM HKT)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Engage<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>All regions: Monday, February 3, 2020 (12:00AM \u2013 6:00AM PST)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Maintenance Window:\u00a0<\/strong>6 hours<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Duration:\u00a0<\/strong>4 hours<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>User Impact:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><em>Analyze and Engage services will be unavailable during the maintenance activity.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Captive portal splash pages will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during the upgrade.
