Failover im Cluster<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ursache:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unter bestimmten Umst\u00e4nden kann bei Fireware 12.2.1 ein Crash des Antivirus-Daemons scand auftreten (Es scheint bei bestimmten PDF-Files zu passieren).<\/p>\n<p>In diesen F\u00e4llen kann es (in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit der GAV-Konfiguration) dazu f\u00fchren, da\u00df gar keine E-Mails mehr durchgelassen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Reboot der Box startet den Daemon neu, und das Problem ist (erstmal) behoben. Ein Failover auf den anderen Cluster-Member f\u00fchrt zum gleichen Ergebnis, vorausgesetzt, da\u00df dort der Daemon (noch) l\u00e4uft. Vor einem mehrfachen Failover sollte dann nat\u00fcrlich die passive Box vorher gebootet worden sein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abhilfe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abhilfe bringt ein Update auf die Fireware Version 12.3.1, die einen Fix der libsavi.so\u00a0enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Symptom: SMPT-SMTP-Proxy reicht keine E-Mails mehr durch.
