{"id":2162,"date":"2010-05-26T23:38:00","date_gmt":"2010-05-26T21:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.boc.de\/watchguard-info-portal\/ssl-100-feature-key-wrong\/"},"modified":"2016-08-23T15:14:27","modified_gmt":"2016-08-23T13:14:27","slug":"ssl-100-feature-key-wrong","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.boc.de\/watchguard-info-portal\/2010\/05\/ssl-100-feature-key-wrong\/","title":{"rendered":"SSL 100 Feature Key wrong"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bei der Inbetriebnahme einer <strong>WatchGuard SSL 100 SSL-VPN Appliance<\/strong> musste ich heute feststellen, dass der nach Produkt-Registrierung auf der WatchGuard Website heruntergeladene <strong>Feature Key<\/strong> korrupt war und die SSL 100 sich mit dem Fehler <strong>&#8222;Wrong Feature Key&#8220;<\/strong> verweigerte. Anders als bei den klassischen WatchGuard Produkten steckt in einem SSL 100 Feature Key u.a. auch der Firmenname und die E-Mail-Adresse des Ansprechpartners, so wie sie im betreffenden Account hinterlegt sind. Wurden bei der erstmaligen Erzeugung des Accounts <strong>im Firmennamen Sonderzeichen, Umlaute etc.<\/strong> verwendet, kann dies zu diesem Fehlerbild f\u00fchren. Im vorliegenden Fall war das <strong>&#038;-Zeichen<\/strong> der \u00dcbelt\u00e4ter (eine GmbH &#038; Co. KG&#8230;)<br \/>Leider kann man den Firmennamen im Account <strong>NICHT<\/strong> selbst \u00e4ndern. Hierzu muss ein Support Incident ge\u00f6ffnet werden oder die Customer Care Abteilung in USA anderweitig informiert werden. Diese entfernt dann verd\u00e4chtige Zeichen aus der Datenbank.
