Leider ist es noch nicht klar ersichtlich, unter welchen Bedingungen die Probleme auftreten &#8211; aktuell scheint dieses Problem allerdings nur bei Fireboxen im Cluster aufzutreten:<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem Sie die Firebox auf Fireware v12.10.3 aktualisiert haben, wird ein AuthPoint.1-Server in der Dropdown-Liste \u201eAuthentication Server\u201c angezeigt. Dies k\u00f6nnte dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Integration von Mobile VPN mit AuthPoint fehlschl\u00e4gt.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>Workaround<\/h4>\n<p>Um den AuthPoint.1-Server zu entfernen folgen Sie bitte folgenden Schritten:<\/p>\n<p>1. Speichern Sie die Firebox Konfiguration in einer .txt Datei ab.<br \/>\n2. Entfernen Sie dabei folgenden Teil:<\/p>\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\" data-enlighter-language=\"generic\">&lt;auth-domain&gt;\r\n  &lt;name&gt;AuthPoint.1&lt;\/name&gt;\r\n  &lt;description&gt;WatchGuard Cloud AuthPoint authentication&lt;\/description&gt;\r\n  &lt;property&gt;2&lt;\/property&gt;\r\n  &lt;type&gt;5&lt;\/type&gt;\r\n&lt;\/auth-domain&gt;<\/pre>\n<p>3. Speichern Sie die Konfiguration auf die Firebox.<\/p>\n<p>Im WatchGuard Support Center gibt es dazu auch bereits einen Knowledge Base Artikel unter <a href=\"https:\/\/techsearch.watchguard.com\/KB?type=Known%20Issues&amp;SFDCID=kA1Vr0000001CyPKAU&amp;lang=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&gt;&gt; After upgrade to Fireware v12.10.3, AuthPoint.1 appears in authentication server list<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Alternativer Workaround<\/h4>\n<p>1. Zun\u00e4chst die aktuelle Konfiguration im Policy Manager als File speichern z.B. als \u00a0Firewall-Config_before_Update.xml<br \/>\n2. Nun das Update einspielen, sollte es dann Probleme geben mit AuthPoint (es erscheint AuthPoint.1 als Authentifizierungs-Server in der Mobile-VPN Konfiguration im Reiter Authentication \u2013 Authentication Servers)<br \/>\n3.
