April 2026 hat WatchGuard eine Umbenennung seines <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boc.de\/watchguard-info-portal\/2026\/03\/watchguard-benennt-endpoint-produkte-ab-1-april-um\/\">Endpoint-Security-Portfolios<\/a> vorgenommen und somit das Portfolio \u00fcbersichtlicher gestaltet und besser an aktuelle Anforderungen der IT-Sicherheit angepasst.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem Sie die Ger\u00e4te via des Suchcomputers identifiziert haben, die nicht von WatchGuard verwaltet werden, k\u00f6nnen Sie den WatchGuard Endpoint Client Agent wie folgt aus der Ferne (remote) auf Windows-Ger\u00e4ten installieren. Die Konfiguration vom Suchcomputer wurde bereits in folgendem Blog-Artikel thematisiert: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boc.de\/watchguard-info-portal\/2023\/06\/howto-konfiguration-vom-watchguard-endpoint-suchcomputer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HOWTO &#8211; Konfiguration vom WatchGuard Endpoint Suchcomputer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voraussetzungen:<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Firewall Ports UDP 21226, 137 und TCP 445 m\u00fcssen auf dem Zielsystem offen sein<\/li>\n<li>NetBIOS over TCP und DNS Namensaufl\u00f6sung m\u00fcssen im Netzwerk aktiviert sein<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Freigaben (Admin$) m\u00fcssen auf dem Zielsystem erlaubt sein<\/li>\n<li>Credentials vom Dom\u00e4nen Administrator (DOMAIN\\administrator) oder von einem lokalen Administrator wird ben\u00f6tigt<\/li>\n<li>Datei \u2013 und Druckerfreigabe (Windows-Firewall) muss auf dem Zielsystem aktiv sein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Remote-Installation via des Discovery Computers funktioniert auch \u00fcber geroutete Netze.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Remote-Installation wird eigentlich nur der Port 445 TCP ben\u00f6tigt.
