{"id":14233,"date":"2022-01-14T11:20:27","date_gmt":"2022-01-14T10:20:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.boc.de\/watchguard-info-portal\/?p=14233"},"modified":"2022-01-26T12:13:21","modified_gmt":"2022-01-26T11:13:21","slug":"ikev2-und-l2tp-vpn-probleme-nach-windows-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.boc.de\/watchguard-info-portal\/2022\/01\/ikev2-und-l2tp-vpn-probleme-nach-windows-update\/","title":{"rendered":"IKEv2 und L2TP VPN Probleme nach Windows Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die neuen Windows Updates KB5009566 (Windows 11) sowie KB5009543 (Windows 10) f\u00fchren zu VPN Verbindungsproblemen via IKEv2 und L2TP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Symptom:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mobile VPN Verbindungen via IKEv2 und L2TP schlagen fehl, nachdem Sie das Microsoft Windows Update KB5009543 f\u00fcr Windows 10 oder Update KB5009566 f\u00fcr Windows 11 installiert haben.<\/li>\n<li>Beim Versuch die Verbindung aufzubauen erscheint die Fehlermeldung \u201eCan&#8217;t connect to &lt;MY_VPN&gt; General processing error\u201c.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6sung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bisher hilft es nur, die neuen Windows Updates KB5009566 (Windows 11) sowie KB5009543 (Windows 10) wieder zu deinstallieren.<\/li>\n<li>Beachten Sie dabei allerdings die weiteren Sicherheitspatches der Windows-Updates und deinstallieren Sie diese nur dann, wenn Sie auch alle Auswirkungen vollst\u00e4ndig verstehen.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft wird in K\u00fcrze ein neues Update bereitstellen, welches diese Probleme behebt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wir als BOC empfehlen grunds\u00e4tzlich eine Kombination von zwei VPN Technologien. IKEv2 sollte bevorzugt werden und SSLVPN mit identischen Berechtigungen und Sicherheitsma\u00dfnahmen (MFA) f\u00fcr den Notfall-Zugriff bereitstehen (IKEv2 k\u00f6nnte z.B. in Hotels oder diversen L\u00e4ndern geblockt sein, Probleme mit Windows-Updates, NAT-Probleme,\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong>UPDATE 17.01.2022:<\/strong> die neuen Patches KB5010793 (Windows 10) und KB5010795 (Windows 11) von Microsoft behebt die Probleme wieder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/topic\/january-17-2022-kb5010793-os-builds-19042-1469-19043-1469-and-19044-1469-out-of-band-f2d4f178-5b36-49cb-a6fd-4bf9857574f9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/topic\/january-17-2022-kb5010793-os-builds-19042-1469-19043-1469-and-19044-1469-out-of-band-f2d4f178-5b36-49cb-a6fd-4bf9857574f9<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a style=\"font-size: inherit;
