Probleme mit Verbindung zur WatchGuard Cloud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nach einem Upgrade des WatchGuard AuthPoint Gateway auf die aktuelle Version letzte Version kann es passieren, dass das Gateway sich nicht mehr sauber zur WatchGuard Cloud verbinden kann.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Symptom:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upgrade WatchGuard AuthPoint Gateway auf 7.0.1-534<\/li>\n<li>AuthPoint Gateway verbindet sich mit der Cloud, die Verbindung h\u00e4lt aber nur max. 1 min.<\/li>\n<li>der Service WatchGuard AuthPoint Gateway beendet sich<\/li>\n<li>im Logfile unter\n<pre>C:\\ProgramData\\WatchGuard\\AuthPoint\\logs\\gateway.application.log<\/pre>\n<p>findet man:<\/p>\n<pre>2021-12-20 14:56:44 INFO [main] c.w.a.p.a.gateway.ApplicationStartup - Validating IOT properties. \r\n2021-12-20 14:56:44 ERROR [main] c.w.a.p.a.g.p.m.ApplicationPropertiesCache - Could not find the property Region. \r\n2021-12-20 14:56:49 INFO [main] c.w.a.p.a.gateway.ApplicationStartup - Validating IOT properties again.<\/pre>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L\u00f6sung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deinstallation des Authentication Gateways<\/li>\n<li>in der WatchGuard Cloud unter <strong>Configure =&gt; AuthPoint =&gt; Gateway<\/strong> ein neues Gateway anlegen und identisch zum alten konfigurieren.<br \/>\nDabei muss unter LDPA die &#8220;external Identity&#8221; zuerst beim alten Gateway gel\u00f6scht werden, bevor sie beim neuen Gateway hinzukonfiguriert werden kann. (man kann auch das alte Gateway l\u00f6schen, wenn man die Konfiguration z.B. per HardCopy gesichert hat).<\/li>\n<li>dann das Gateway auf dem Server neu installieren unter Angabe des Keys.
